Scheduling Lessons

Studio Location

I have a fully equipped art studio situated in the heart of Brighton.

Lesson Times

Lessons are available within the following times:

Tuesday 9am-9pm

Thursday 9am-9pm

Sunday 9am-9pm

It is recommended that a regular weekly or fortnightly schedule is agreed to ensure availability.  

Cancellations - 24 hour policy

When a lesson is booked this is taken as an agreement that a time period has been reserved and I will arrange to be at the studio during this time. This also means

that other students wanting this time period will be declined.  Therefore, the following two rules apply:

1) If a booked lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance then the student or parent will be charged / have hours deducted for half of the time that was reserved.    

2) If a student fails to attend a booked lesson without any advance notice then the student or parent will be charged / have hours deducted for the full time that was reserved.

Note: The above two rules also apply to "re-scheduling" a lesson to a different time in the day or week, as this involves cancelling one appointment and making a new one.

Ideally, one would find a regular time for lessons, outside of other commitments, so as to avoid the need to cancel.
